50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation, in high season 50% of the total cost is required.
The deposit is due within 7 days of the booking to confirm and guarantee your reservation.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
