The views to the ocean is breathtaking and can be seen from bedrooms and balconies.
The staff at the villa is included in the price. The chef will cook you food and the maids will tend to all your needs. If you play golf, we (the owners) have managed to get free transportation to and from the golf course, three people minimum, green fees special price of guest $35 for 18 holes plus caddie, minimum three days. The owner is a PGA pro and will give lessons if required.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). there is a fish restaurant just a two or three minute walk from the villa,and a private beach at the Royal Reef Hotel, for our guests. It is approximately a 5 minute walk .
• Ocean is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Several water sports activities including scuba diving is available at the Roes Hall Resort located about 12 minutes drive from the villa.
• Nearby Attractions: the private beach at the Royal Reeve is approx,5 mins walk.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: no fee.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
