The apartment has been renovated with care and taste in a manner that respects its original structure (vaulted ceilings with original dry bricks). Equipped lawn (200 m2) at the complete disposal of the guests and 50 m away is the swimming pool (12x6, 1.40 m deep) (1/6-4/10) which is shared with the owner. Parking. DISTANCES: 4.5 km Montelupo (all kinds of shops). 16 km Empoli, 23 km the centre of Florence, 55 km S. Gimignano, 76 km Siena.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
