A renovated detached barn in the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino, with a 360° panorama from a green and quiet hill.
Outside there is a bright veranda, equipped with chairs, deck chairs and table, where is possible to sun-bathe and to have splendid open air breakfasts or romantic suppers with a unique, peaceful and suggestive view. The wonderful swimming pool (10x7 meters) with Jacuzzi pool, furnished with sun beds, reclining armchairs, table and chairs is surrounded by lawns, gardens and olive groves, is a lovely spot to relax and have a cooling dip.
Composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with cabin shower. Upstairs there is an open-plan upper-gallery with a large sitting room, equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and CD player, internet connection, books, a fireplace and an antique Tuscan chest of drawers.

30 Km. - S.G.C. FI.PI.LI., go in the direction Florence and exit at Montelupo Fiorentino. At the stop, turn left and continue on the road for about 300 meters until the first crossroads on your right, where you find the sign for Bottinaccio. Turn right and keep straight on, passing under the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI.. Then, following the main street for about 3 km., you will find a country road on your right, that's "Via del Colle". Follow the road, always on the left, and then after about 300 metres, you arrive at our property.
From Florence airport
30 km. - Direction Scandicci (Ponte all'Indiano), take the S.G.C. FI.PI.LI. direction Pisa-Livorno and exit at Montelupo Fiorentino. Immediately at the end of the downhill, before the stop, turn left and then follow direction Bottinaccio, passing under the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI. Then, following the main street for 3 km. about, you will find a country road on your right, that's "Via del Colle". Now you follow the road, always on the left, and then about 300 mt., you arrive at Il Colle di Sotto.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. The nearest railway station is Montelupo Fiorentino (about 5 km) which is well connected with Pisa, Siena and Florence railway station. Please note that there are no buses from Montelupo Fiorentino to Botinaccio.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club Payment policy: At reservation: Non-refundable down payment 30%. 60 days before Check-In: Final payment 70%. Cancellation policy: From Reservation to 60 days before Check-In - Cancellation Fee 30%. From 59 days before Check-In to 45 days before Check-In - Cancellation Fee 50%. From 44 days before Check-In and No Show - Cancellation Fee 100%.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 euro per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
