Large kitchen with orange trees garden view. Dining space with family dining table. There are dining space in a garden also, opposite the kitchen window (Roman well as a table). So it's really easy to serve dinner outside. Garden has great shadow side without heat all day long.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious and light apartment. It has high ceilings and wooden flooring characteristic of Perast's Venetian style. Living room has great view toward the Bokakotorsky Bay through two windows. Light rattan interior style. Coffee-table with two chairs, commode. It’s equipped by TV, Stereo, Radio, DVD, Movie Theatre, Wi-Fi internet.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Unit has stunning views of the Adriatic Sea (Bay of Kotor) from bedroom and living room.
• Chilipi Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Chilipi Airport is within a 1 hour and 30 minute(s) drive. Cilipi Airport is in Croatia, near Dubrovnik. The nearest Airport in Montenegro is Tivat, about 25 minute drive. Both airports are international.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Transit to local cities about 1-3 euros. Car hire is recommended.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). • Perast has 2 local stores where most essential items can be purchased. It stocks fresh bread, milk, oil, eggs, fruit and vegetables, fruit juices, yogurts, etc. There is also an excellent restaurant “Conte”. ‘Otok Bronza’ is another restaurant, and wine bar, located at the limits of Perast towards Kotor. Both restaurants are late open throughout the year. Nearest market is 5 mins drive (local minibus) away in Risan where there is a daily market with fresh products, eggs, fruit, vegetables, cheese, olive oil, honey, ham, fish, etc. Larger supermarkets can be found. Perast is only a short drive (15 mins) from the medieval walled town of Kotor, the vibrant ancient capital of the Bay with its shops, banks and cash machines, bars, restaurants and nightlife.
• Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. Kotor Bay is reputed to be the sunniest place throughout the year in the Adriatic (270 sunny days). One can bathe from May to the end of October in the crystal clear waters of the fjord. The apartment is 30 seconds to the sea and a little fish harbour, with many small beaches and jetties available locally for sunbathing, swimming from or if you prefer a spot of fishing, enjoying the absolutely stunning scenery of this magnificent place. It is possible to take boat trips across to the islands. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby, Row Boat and Sailboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Beach or lakeside relaxation. Walking holidays. Watersports. Basketball in town. 'Petanque' (French bowl) in town. Fishing. Cycling (rent a bike in Kotor). 25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required.
