------
The podere (farm) covers a 5 hectare hilly surface with olive trees and a small vineyard, from which owners get directly a Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG red wine and “extra virgin” olive oil. Some 400 meters from the bituminised road, the site remains secluded while accessible only via a private driveway. To preserve the rural character of the site the owner chose not to build a swimming pool. Parking area at the entry of the property. The houses have: drinkable water from public utility, instant hot water, telephone, washing machine, central heating.
