The property is composed of 4 apartments and an independent villa. Each one is completely hand-decorated and embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guest a refined and exclusive atmosphere. The long, cypress-lined drive leading to the farm sets the tone of country elegance. The farm is also provided with an outdoor sitting area in the large garden, barbecue, swimming pool (13 x 6 meters), and a parking area for the guest's use. There is also a vegetable garden available in the summer time for the guests.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 11 Euro per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
