Beautiful farmhouse situated in the green Umbrian hills in a panoramic and peaceful position with beautiful view of the splendid Lippiano Castle and the surrounding countryside. The structure has been divided in 5 charming apartments furnished with care and equipped with all the comforts. You can easily and quickly reach the main tourist destinations of Umbria. The house is surrounded by a pretty fenced-in garden and shared swimming pool (8 x 16) (30/5-17/10). each apartment has its own private outdoor area and equipped with table and chairs. On request domestic help available (15 Euro/hour). Parking. Comfortable furniture. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
