Pretty and well-kept holiday residence created from the restoration of an ancient country farmhouse just outside the renowned, beautiful, medieval town of Città di Castello. Ideal location on the border between Tuscany, Umbria and the Marche. Views of the countryside. The outdoor areas are shared: equipped green area around the pretty swimming pool (6x17), internal courtyard from where you can also access a large shared lounge (TV) with fireplace and other rooms. At the guests' disposal: 2 baby-beds and high-chair for babies included in the price.
Please request when booking: possibility of dinners, small breakfasts, recreational activities, domestic help. It is possible to go for nice walks. Very well-kept and original furnishings, consisting for the most part of antiques or pieces created by artisans in the property's laboratory (4 km), where you can purchase antique furniture at a special price. A part of the property borders a secondary road and only partially interests apartments 1, 2, 7 and 11; the other apartments are situated inside the main structure (stone-built). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
