House (180 m2) situated in a small hamlet. The house borders with other houses in the hamlet and has been restored whilst maintaining the characteristics of its surroundings. In the enclosed garden, beside a small orchard, is the partially above-ground swimming-pool (4x10), a courtyard with pergola and a wood burning oven with barbecue.
Parking. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 2 km the Medieval village of Staggia (various shops), 4 km Monteriggioni, 20 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with access onto the garden, 1 twin bedded room, roow with washing machine. 1st fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room,1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. Simple furniture. Telephone for Incoming calls only. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
