The Setriolo estate (70 m2) is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico and is made up of the owner's house and a stone-built hayloft where the accommodation is located. The hayloft, which is independent and has been completely renovated, has private equipped outdoor areas, covered and equipped loggia and swimming pool (11x4) shared with the owner. Barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: Ideal location due to the beauty of the landscape and it closeness to Siena (15 km) and Florence (45 km). 8 km from Castellina in Chianti and Monteriggioni (all kinds of shops).
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer). Going up 5 stairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (one of the beds is suitable only for children), 1 bathroom with shower. Equipped loggia. Simple rustic Tuscan style furnishings. Washing machine shared with owners. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
