The house is set amidst the countryside and is surrounded by vineyards and olive tree groves in a very peaceful position. Beautiful views of the countryside. The accommodation is surrounded by pleasant and very well kept outdoor areas. Fenced in grounds (10,000 m2) with a well kept lawn that frames the equipped swimming pool (6x14). The house's position allows for you to easily and quickly reach the most well known tourist attractions in Chianti and central Tuscany. Access to the house along 700 m of dirt track road not suitable for low riding cars or sport cars. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Badesse (grocery shops), 7 km Monteriggioni, 10 km Siena (all kinds of shops), 50 km Florence.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
