Two delightful villas that are very close to one another but are completely autonomous, situated on a gently rolling hill that rises above the Lazio countryside and borders one of the most important golf courses in Italy. Peaceful position, views of the countryside. The two villas are surrounded by a large, well-kept green outdoor area. In a reserved position you will find the swimming pool (15x6, 2.20 m deep) (1/6-27/9) and a boules pitch, shared also with the owners who live in a third villa that is completely independent and with its own entrance. It is possible to use the tennis court (time and price to be agreed upon with the owner). Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1.5 km from a golf course, 5 km Monterosi (all kinds of shops), 7 km Sutri, 10 km Capranica (railway station for reaching Rome), 40 km Rome (can be reached also by bus from Sutri or Monterosi - departures about every 20 minutes), 50 km Viterbo and the Fiumicino airport. The Cassia expressway is 4 km away and allows you to easily reach Rome, Viterbo and Bracciano.

Gr. fl.: large lounge with fireplace open to the dining area with fireplace, beautiful kitchen with built-in counter and fireplace (dishwasher, freezer, oven). Going down 3 stairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC (washing machine). 1st fl. (accessed by a spiral staircase): 1 double bedroom with 2 pretty terraces, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
