ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: living room (TV) with double divan bed and fireplace and dining room/ kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wood burning oven) which are separated by an archway, 2 double bedrooms, one with bath with shower (with hydromassage), 1 bathroom with shower cubicle (with hydromassage). Well looked after and comfortable furniture. There is a restaurant near the villa Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
