The villa has extensive and equipped outdoor areas and a grassy lawn with olive trees. Barbecue. Ideal for walks in the surrounding areas. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: living room (TV) with double divan bed and fireplace and dining room/ kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wood burning oven) which are separated by an archway, 2 double bedrooms, one with bath with shower (with hydromassage), 1 bathroom with shower cubicle (with hydromassage). Well looked after and comfortable furniture. There is a restaurant near the villa Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 5 km Monte S. Savino (artisan laboratories that restore and sell antique furniture), 50 km Lake Trasimeno and Cortona (important cultural location), 60 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
