1 King Bed (sleeps 2). A door from the kitchen leads through a small hallway to a double bedroom. Good modern bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and wc.

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Entrance from the terrace into large, bright sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV and a stone wall on one side giving much character to the room. Large open kitchen with tiled sink, large fridge/freezer, 5 gas rings, electric oven and dishwasher.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €18 hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
