1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Please note that the mezzanine floor is open towards the corridor (no door, room is 1.60 m high and to be reached by a narrow, iron spiral staircase). Therefore it is specially suitable for a child, although the bed has a normal length.

The accommodation in this attractive property is on three levels. It is next to Edera at the rear of the farmhouse and has its own large terrace with fine views across the garden to the hills beyond. Entrance from the terrace into a bright sitting room with double sofa bed, Tuscan fireplace and satellite TV. Open archway leads through to the dining room/kitchen with glass dining table. The well equipped fitted kitchen has sink, fridge, large freezer, hob with 5 gas rings, electric oven and dishwasher. A wide wooden staircase leads up from the sitting room to the bedrooms. Two double and two bathrooms both with shower, basin, bidet and wc. Further galleried open twin bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase is above the bathrooms - please note this room has some restricted headroom. Good views from all windows.
35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €18 hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
