    Its entrance on one side of the farmhouse and is opposite Unit ID 102999. The accommodation is on the first and second floor. The entrance door and staircase are accessed through the reception room. It has a large terrace in front of the house. Entrance leads into sitting room with sofas - please note, there is no window in this room, it takes its light from a gallery above. On this level there are also two large double bedrooms and one twin. Spacious fitted dining kitchen with dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen has two sinks, hob with 5 gas rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, with shower, basin, bidet and wc. A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room up to the second floor where there is a large open galleried twin room with large roof window, beautiful beamed ceiling and wooden floor. Good views from all windows. Included in the price: Linen with weekly change, electricity, water. Please note the owner live at ground floor.

    Payment Details
    35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €18 hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
