Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €18 hour.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
