More Information

Charming apartment recently restored situated in one of the ancient towers of the castle dating back to the 13th century. This apartment is located in a very quiet area and it is provided with an independent entrance and a private share of the garden. Ground floor: large living-room (hi-fi, CD player) with stone walls, kitchen corner, dining area, and access to the garden and veranda. A few steps higher: nice bathroom with shower. 1st floor (access via a spiral stone staircase or from the outside): large double bedroom and access to a small terrace. At guest's disposal: large and very charming terraced park furnished with garden furniture and table tennis, beautiful Italian gardens (dating back to the 18th century) with lemon trees and swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 02/04 to 29/10). A second swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 02/04 to 29/10) is available outside the castle, by the outbuildings. Reception open from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied: - 15% of the total rental if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day. - 25% of the total rental if it is made between 59 and 45 days prior arrival day. - 50% of the total rental if it is made between 44 and 30 days prior arrival day. - 90% of the total rental if it is made between 29 and 1 day prior arrival day. - 100% of the total rental if it is made on the arrival day or in case of no-show.
