Ancient hayloft (120 m2) that is completely independent and has been tastefully and carefully renovated located inside a small farm estate (20,000 m2) that produces wine, olive oil, marmalade and honey. All of which is near a small country hamlet (8 families) built on top of the ruins of an 11th century monastery. Peaceful position. From the property there are beautiful views of the Arno Valley and the Chianti hills. Well-kept garden (1000 m2) that is shaded, equipped and fenced-in with an original panoramic terrace. The floodlit, trapezoid-shaped swimming pool (approx. 70 m2 - min. 0.60 m - max. 2.50 m deep), which is covered by a hothouse like structure and is separated from the rest of the garden by hedges, is shared with owner who can directly access it without having to pass through the garden. The swimming pool is occasionally used by the owners. Parking. Internet access. Central heating. (bedrooms with slanted ceilings): 1 double bedroom, 1 small twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortably furnished with some antique pieces. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
