Charming medieval hamlet built by Conti Guidi around 1000, situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico, set amidst the olive tree groves, vineyards and holm oak trees. Apartments 2/3/4/7/10 and the Osteria (open to the public), where it is possible to savour the characteristic recipes of the Tuscan cuisine, are located in the medieval hamlet approx. 200 m from the swimming pool. Apartments 1/5/6/8/9 have been created in a large renovated farm building on the side of the swimming pool (6x12). Shared washing machine. It is possible to purchase wine, olive oil and "vinesanto" produced on the farm. You access the structure by following along approx. 3 km of dirt track road. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 2 km Monteluco (grocery shop), 12 km Montevarchi (all kinds of shops) and Gaiole in Chianti. 40 km Siena and Arezzo, 60 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven), fireplace and cupboard with single bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, storage room. Private, equipped outdoor area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
