Apartment in a portion of a farmhouse inside an estate in the green hills of Tuscany close to the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The area is full of woods and is ideal for taking relaxing walks. Pretty view of the woods. Exclusive fenced-garden (120 m2), barbecue and equipped pergola. Over time the estate has been divided into apartments. Inside the property and shared with the other 16 apartments: equipped condominium swimming pool (7.5x15) (15/5-30/09) and tennis court (upon payment). Parking is 50 m away. Comfortable furnishings with some period pieces. DISTANCES: 4 km Sassetta (grocery shops), 6 km Monteverdi, 13 km Donoratico (all kinds of shops), 15 km the beaches of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, 43 km Volterra.
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher), small lounge area that is a passageway, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and direct access to the outside, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Electric heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
