Peaceful position. Shared: well-kept and equipped lawn with swimming pool (5x11; 1.5 m deep) (25/5 - 30/9). Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 2 km horse-riding, 9 km Monticiano (all kinds of shops), 42 km Siena, 62 km Follonica (seaside).
ACCOMMODATION: (42 m2) Gr .fl.: living/dining-room with kitchen corner (oven), 1 double bedroom with additional set of bunk-beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
