Ancient rural complex situated in a splendid, peaceful hillside position near the small town of Rosia. "Le Scopaie" has recently been restored with great care and divided into 10 apartments. The guests share large outdoor areas and a beautiful swimming pool (8x14) where a children's pool (4x4) has also been created. Each apartment has satellite TV and private and equipped outdoor areas. 2 Baby-beds are available. Shared washing machine. Access to the property along 4 km of dirt track road. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 8 km Rosia (food shops). 20 km from Siena, 35 km San Gimignano and 65 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with double divan bed (150 cm). Going down 4 stairs: dining room with kitchen corner, (from the living room going up 4 stairs): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
