Farmhouse that has been completely restored and split into three separate apartments in the green hills south of Siena (32 km). The house is surrounded by woods, ideal for pleasant and relaxing walks. Beautiful views over the countryside and woodlands. Peaceful position within some 10.000 m2 of fenced-in grounds. Shared with the other two apartments: well-tended and equipped lawn and swimming pool (7x14), table-tennis, laundry room (washing machine). Each apartment has a private equipped outdoor area and barbecue. Two baby beds are available. It is possible to rent 4 mountain bikes. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Gr. fl.: equipped and exclusive loggia (20 m2) enclosed on three sides (barbecue), dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and kitchen corner. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with additional bed, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 1.5 km food shops, 14 km Monticiano (various shops).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
