Just on the outskirts of the pretty lively town of Le Lardin, this stone house stands on a hill and benefits from a swimming pool on a sunny terrace. On two levels, the property is comfortable and well equipped with a modern kitchen and direct access on to the small lawned garden. Only a short walk from the town centre with its cafes and restaurant and only being a short distance to Montignac and the Lascaux caves this is an ideal location for a good value holiday. A little further afield are the larger towns of Brive, Perigueux and the old town of Sarlat. Parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.1m to 1.6m) (2/7-30/9). DISTANCES: 800m to centre (shops, cafes, restaurants, tennis), 9km to Terrasson (market, gardens, museums), 15km to Montignac (caves, river, canoeing), 26km to Brive (shopping, golf, airport).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
