On a small wine estate is this semi-detached property set in peaceful countryside. The property is situated on a farm and from here you can enjoy beautiful views onto vineyards, countryside, and the private pool. On two levels, the property has a superb veranda, ideal for evening meals unless you wish to eat by the pool under the covered pergola. This is a good holiday base, being only 7 km from Montignac and the caves of Lascaux, with many restaurants along the river Vézère, ideal for canoeing. A twenty minute drive leads to a beach on Lake Coly or Lake Fossemagne. A little further is Sarlat known for its markets and the valley of St. Eyzies. Do not miss a visit to the gardens of Eyrignac with the 18th century formal gardens. Parking. Swimming pool (7.3 m x 3.5 m; 1.2 m 1.6 m deep) (28/5-30/9). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
