50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
