    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
