Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 3 Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of the cleaning fee may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
