Master Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom is equipped to host two people. It has a large armoire and plenty of space for your luggage behind the door. Available on request is a playpen to sleep baby and a mini sofa-bed for young child.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This Living Room has: a Sofa-Bed & a Lazy boy, a Closet with Social Games, an Iron and Ironing Board, Cabled TV with DVD player, and a computer with high-speed internet to help you on your journey.

You will be able to observe many types of birds, since it's a refuge for migratory birds. The rapids park along the water is absolutely gorgeous. I've even seen foxes there. It's worth visiting to see the power of the St-Lawrence Rapids and read about Canadian History as you enjoy the fresh air. Downhill skiing is about a 30 to 45 minute car drive depending where you chose to go.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There's a large variety of choices going from the elegant Italian meal with an excellent glass of Wine at Riventino's along the water, to the great enchiladas at the DonMexico, to live entertainment and meal at the Brasserie a couple of blocs away, to the fast sandwich at Subways, to the coffee and muffins at Tim Horton’s, to the Happy Meal at McDonalds. The choice is yours. There are two malls distance from our place with a movie theater, however the Giant one is called Angrignon Mall and it's only a 5 minute drive by car or 10 minutes by bus.
• River is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is rocky. You can rent a Kayak and/or take lessons only 10walk from our place. There is jet boating and rafting also available to you. 15 minutes west of our property by car is a marina where you can go boating, have a dinner cruise, windsurf or simply visit our tourism office for ideas of things to do or see. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Windsurfer.
• Nearby Attractions: Available for your Entertainment are... Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Cash
Interac (debit card) payments are accepted. When the rental is for more than a month, the payment is due on the first day of each month and a 50% Reservation deposit is held for the last month.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
