Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Booking deposit 70% of rental fee required to complete the booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payable by cashiers check, money order, western union, international bank wire transfer. Email interac transfer-(Canadian guests only). No longer accepting credit cards, bank drafts, personal nor company checks.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
