Exclusive Designed Loft
This is the main floor of my 4 level / 3 unit loft converted warehouse building. It is truly unique to the area (The building was originally a turn of the century boot factory and it is not at all a common type structure for this Plateau district, which features mostly duplex and triplexes of typical apartment configurations). It will have all new fixtures, appliances and furnishings.
Total living space is approximately 1200 square feet.
The loft has an East facing wall of windows : 4 in all, totaling 30 feet by 9 feet high.
It is an open space concept “Loft” in the true sense. However there is one closed bedroom with a platform double bed. The bedroom also has a louvered door window which can be opened for fresh air if desired at night : some people like this for sleeping comfort in the summer months. Plus : the sectional living room couches are functional to use if needed as a second bed.
The entire loft has polished cement floors (with the exception of the bedroom which has a dark gray low pile carpet). There will be area rugs in the living room area and the bathroom. The ceilings are exceptionally high at 12 feet, and all the lighting throughout is ceiling enclosed mini halogens with dimmer switches for a comfortable ambient effect. Pocket sliding 9 foot doors are featured in the central space of the Loft.
