Master Bedroom

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Brass bed with 2 queen-size goose down pillows, and 2 standard pillows. Duvet and 4 extra sets percal bed linens. Decorated with fine antiques, porcelans, 1 large armoir with 16 drawers, 1 dresser with mirror, 1 night table with 1 drawer and television. Adjoining washroom in master bedroom with oak antique dresser, decorated with spring flowers. "Fieldcrest" bath towels, hand towels, face cloths & loofas.

Bedroom

1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Daybed, tv, powder room and laundry room. If there is going to be a fourth person in your party, a single bed is available upon request.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

• Dorval Airport - a 20 minute drive. Underground train (Metro) 5 minute bus drive - 15 minute walk. Train station - 10 minute drive (Queen Elizabeth Hotel).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A 10 minute drive to Nuns'Island Golf Club, also has indoor tennis club and a yatch club, or the Challenger Golf Club in Ville St. Laurent.(new) Suburb golf clubs upon request, a list will be available with directions. (45-60 minutes highway drive)
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mont Tremblant, St. Sauveur, Mont Habitant, Mont Bruno, St. Gabriel de Brandon are all less than one hour.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). St. Laurent Blvd., known as the "Main” & St. Denis street provides multi-ethnic fine grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants moderate/expensive, and of course the famous "Swartz's" smokemeat & Moishes Steakhouse. Prince Arthur & Duluth Street, bring your own wine. Boutiques open until 11:00 p.m. After dinner take a stroll to Carre St. Louis water-fountain & listen to the musicians play music, or sit on a bench tete a tete. Then of course, you have Mt. Royal Street, from A-Z boutiques, stores, or 10 minute walk to Little Italy, Mille End, China town or downtown Montreal. An evening at the theatre, or Place des Arts maybe a nightcap downtown on Crescent Street (open until 3:00 a.m.) Close to McGill Unversity, all within walking distance from the condo.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The Laurentians or Lake Magog are surrounded by clear water lakes & rivers. Mountain climbing, hiking trails, bicycles (can be rented for the day). Driving distance is approximately 40 minutes from Montreal.A 15 minute drive to "Dore Beach" located on St. Helen's Island, surrounded by botanical gardens, water fountains, cycle paths and restaurants or bring your own lunch and share a picnic table with a squirrel or groundhog. Nearby attractions within walking distance are the Grand Prix, Montreal Casino, La Ronde. If you like you may rent a peddle boat and take a tour of the botancial gardens.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
