• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest ski resort is about an hour away either going to the Laurentians or Eastern Townships.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The unit is located in a very multicultural neighborhood. You will find many stores and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There are three subway stations at a 5-10 minute walk from the unit (Côte Ste-Catherine Metro,Côte-des-Neiges Metro, and Snowdon Metro. Main attractions in the area include the mountain, the Saint-Joseph Oratory, and many other attractions. The unit is located 5 minutes away from the University of Montreal, Westmount, and Downtown area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Upon arrival, a credit card imprint is required for the security/damage. Balance due upon arrival must be paid either in cash or by travelers cheques.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
