• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest ski resorts are less than 1 hour away either in the Laurentians or the Eastern Townships.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The condo is located near Prince-Arthur and University. Prince Arthur street is a Montreal favourite for sidewalk cafés and bring your own wine restaurants. The unit is within a 5 minute walk east from Saint-Laurent, for chic dining and clubbing. The downtown shopping malls, Chinatown, festival sites, and Mount-Royal mountain are all within a 10 minute walk from the condo. The unit is located within walking distance of the High Lights Festival (February 16-26, 2006), Grand Prix festivities (June 23-25, 2006), Jazz Festival (June 30th - July 11) and Just for Laughs Festival (July 15-25).
• Beach surface is coarse sand. In less than 1 hour you can be in the eastern townships or the Laurentides. A public beach can be found on Notre-Dame island, 15 minutes away from the unit. It is a man-made beach which is located next to the Montreal Casino. It is possible to rent canoes and water-bikes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
Upon arrival, a credit card imprint is required for the security deposit. It will be refunded at checkout. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee for payments made through Paypal.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
