A true loft in a great location of the Plateau district. This is the second floor of a 4 level/3 unit loft converted warehouse building. It is truly unique to the area. The building was originally a turn of the century boot factory and it is not at all a common type structure for this Plateau district, which features mostly duplex and triplexes of typical apartment configurations. This loft unit was totally renovated in 2004 and has all new fixtures, appliances and furnishings. The loft has an East facing wall of windows: actually 7 in all, totaling 40 feet by 9 feet high of sheer window.
