Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
A credit card imprint is required for the security deposit. A 5% administration fee will be charged for cancellations made before the 7 day policy. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee for payments made through Paypal.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided.
Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
