From the roof terrace you have wonderful views onto downtown Montreal : and also the cross on the mountain which is lit up at night. From the kitchen and dining area you also have views onto the greenhouse below and the sky above.

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
