Payment Details

All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
additional fees of 4% charged on PayPal payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
