by Frank Lloyd Wright.2 huge built-in closets face the bed and there is an en-suite bathroom (tub-shower , toilet, Sink) and an Adjoining Closet with Modern GE Washer/Dryer.
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Desk for Work along with a High-Speed Connection (Videotron) as well as Basic Telephone Service.
1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). With 2 comfy sofas (see pic), a TV, DVD, some modern elegant brass/glass tables with TV/DVD and Cable TV (Videotron). An antique chest of drawers with an ornate Mirror complete the decor. The ceilings are 9ft high and have Colonial Trim.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
- Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Take highway 20 towards downtown Montreal. About 10km east, you will have three choices; north (15), straight ahead (20) or south to Champlain Bridge (highway 15-south). Head straight on Route 15 towards Bridge, past the Atwater, La Verendrye and Wellington exits comes exit ''ILe des Soeurs''.
- Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus goes downtown.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.

Best restaurants are in Old Montreal and up-town in the Business District, along St-Denis (Latin Quarter) , along Crescent . There are 5 universities in Montreal(McGill, UQAM, Concordia, Univ. de Montreal, SherbrookeU on SouthShore) and lots of attractive bookshops. Mount Royal is a huge park. The Laurentians (Mont Tremblant, Ste Adele, St Sauveur) and Eastern Townships (Bromont, Sutton, Owls Head) has good downhill or cross-country skiing and spas. There is a Big Library (Bibliothèque Nationale), Museum of Fine Arts and Place des Arts (theater/dance..) and the huge Bell Center (hockey, Madonna, Elton John) all linked to the Montreal Metro(subway). Inside skate rink at the 1000 LaGauchetiere (metro Bonaventure).Montreal Grand Prix held in June 2007.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 750 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash Lost Keys: $20.00 fee.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of if approved by the owner will apply.
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
