• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Subway. The metro is only a few blocks away so all of Montreal is so easy to access.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. You are just adjacent to the wonderful hip shopping and dining street of St Laurent.
• River is located within a 15 minute(s) walk.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
