Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
The refundable security deposit is required upon arrival. For all cancellations of more than 7 days, all payments are refunded less a 5% administration fee. Please note that there is a 3.5% service fee for payments made through Paypal.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 per visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
