View complex information and photos at Les Bons Matins. This magnificent air-conditioned house takes up two upper floors of a one-and-a-half-century-old brownstone townhouse. All bedrooms feature q queen sized bed and are situated on the top floor. There is a full-bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the second floor. Another bathroom with shower and powder room is on the main floor. 14-feet ceilings grace the living and dining room, which are separated by a double fireplace (winter use only). The dining room is perfect for entertaining 6 to 8 people, and adjoining is a well-appointed kitchen. For our business travellers, an office is available for your convenience. Behind the house awaits an inviting deck surrounded by plants and trees.

Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
