This location is one of the greatest neighborhoods in Montreal. It is centrally located to grocery stores, the mountain, park, restaurants, cafes, shops, and the nightlife. Our building is very family oriented, so you'll just like home in our 9 ft ceilings with original moldings, and hardwood floor throughout the building.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Key Deposit Fee: $50.00.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
