The Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport airport is about a 20 minute drive/taxi from the property.
The metro is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
Lots of great restaurants and shops very close to the condo on famous St. Laurent street.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due on arrival.
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is due on arrival.
Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM
Flexible times are possible upon request.
Children of all ages are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
Pets are allowed.
A guest must request this optional service.
