    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.

    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
