Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of the deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
