Nice 1 bedroom Unit clean new fully equipped close to golf slopes 4 seasons!!!
1 Bedroom Unit with Sleeper Couch and Futon both in living room.

Nice unit at far inside of Les Manoir on Geant hole par 3. Has fireplace, and nice bedroom.

Can SKI OUT of the unit down the trail across the bridge to the Soleil Chair lift. Can also ski back (with a short
uphill walk).

Great for summer, patio and barbeque provided on par 3 hole of Le Geant.

Unit has nice kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer, fully furnished, nice jet tub.

Les Manoir is a 10 minute walk from the village.

Hot tub is summer only at this point. Unit has nice jet tub to warm up.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    US or Canadian Direct Deposit to bank account preferred.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
